| "I am not interested in fashion; just well designed and thoughtfully conceived clothing," says Batten. After working for years on collections for men and women in Italy, USA, Japan, and the UK Ian Batten is currently working on a new men's collection and shirt range manufactured in Japan, and a small T shirt collection in New York. He has also opened a small shop in North London which makes bespoke clothing, and his latest project - still work in progress - is a short art film about mystery, cloth and clothing. |
